This week started with much excitement, awe and wonder and the  discovery of dragon eggs in the classroom! This is the hook for our next English unit on dragons which will see the children use all their creativity to write non-chronological reports about these creatures. In maths, we have been very impressed by the children's resilience and determination as they grappled with column subtraction using exchange. Well done, Year 4. We are very proud of you!   

In other lessons this week, the children have been learning about community with some lovely ideas about the importance of being part of a group and how to welcome others to the group.  This will lead perfectly into next week's activities for antibullying week.
