Year 4 Weekly Highlights 28.6.24
It would be remiss of us to begin the highlights this week without a huge congratulations to the whole of year 4 for their superb performance on the multiplication tables check. We only ever ask for your best, and you certainly did that and as a result have reaped the rewards. Thank you too to all grown ups at home who have supported the children with practising and refining their tables. Everyone has done themselves proud!
Whilst on the subject of sharing learning between us, it was wonderful to see so many able to join us for our maths morning this week. We hope you enjoyed a taster of our maths journeys.
Our new project has continued with more exploration of the Antarctic. In Geography, we have looked at lines of latitude and discussed how these can be useful in telling us about the climate of an area, and therefore which biome it is likely to be. The ukulele concert for 4DN is fast approaching so they have been eagerly practising their set list.
Have a wonderful weekend, perhaps catching up on some sleep after the disco!
