What an exciting week!

First, we had our zoom call with an expert from the Natural History Museum. Kate showed us some of the amazing exhibits, answered lots of questions and listened to some of our writing.  Like the teachers, she was blown away by the children's fantastic descriptive writing of their underwater adventure. The following day there was further excitement when a large, mysterious egg was discovered in each of the year 4 classrooms. We have now discovered it is a dragon egg, but will it hatch? Finally, today the Harklights books come home! You will have received an email about this but please help your children to look after the book and ensure they are able to complete the required reading (pages 40 - 43 by Monday 3rd February). Children can read independently, with support or listen to an adult reading.  All the details of reading homework will be posted on Google Classroom. Please ask if you have any queries or concerns.
