What children have been enjoying this week in Year 5 :) 

I liked writing the descriptive paragraph in English & learning new spellings in our spelling lessons-  Lyra B. 

I liked prepping the plan in English because I enjoyed getting as many nouns as possible to help describe my scene as eerie. In computing, I enjoyed looking and searching up things like boots  and finding out how many answers come up in a second- Primrose R. 
 

I have enjoyed reading this week because I love reading a text and then answering a question. In science, I have enjoyed learning about how far the planets were from the sun and using our steps to count the distance. In English, I have enjoyed writing a setting description and using ENP's, prepositions and my own target- Yasmin S. 

In maths, I have enjoyed learning about Roman Numerals as it's like a different type of maths. In reading, I have enjoyed reading different texts and using my skimming and scanning skills. In games, I have loved using frisbees and playing different games- Ella N.
