We have reached the end of the half term and all the children deserve huge praise for all their hard work.
 This week, we have been writing a first-person narrative retelling the events of the book The Viewer.  Please see some of the fabulous pieces that have been produced in the pictures. 
 

In maths this week, we finished our properties of number unit and have begun our multiplication and division unit. We first recapped the short multiplication method before introducing the children to the formal method for long multiplication. We will repeat this method after the half term break. 
 

Finally, in PE this week, we came to the end of our dance unit. Using all the street dance moves they have learnt this term, the children worked together in groups to produce a creative dance describing the story of a volcano or earthquake.
