Welcome to Toast and Crackers, our school’s dedicated wraparound care service, offering flexible, high-quality care for families before and after school. Whether you need support in the morning or after school, we are committed to providing your child with a fun, safe, and engaging environment.

Before School Care: 8:00am – 8:40am

Our morning session starts at 8:00am, providing a warm and welcoming space for children to begin their day. The session includes a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, games, outdoor play, and a quiet reading space for those who prefer a calmer start. It’s a great way to get the day off on the right foot!

After School Care: 3:20pm – 6:00pm

After school care begins promptly at 3:20pm, and children also have the option to join the program after extracurricular clubs, with care available starting at 4:20pm or 4:50pm. 

We offer a light snack tea and a variety of exciting activities to keep children entertained. These include LEGO building, table tennis, chess, and a range of beads for children to create their own unique necklaces. On special occasions, we host fun activities such as decorating biscuits, cupcakes, and making fruit kebabs.  Whether they enjoy indoor games, outdoor play, or relaxing with a movie, there’s always something fun to do!

We are also lucky to have Mrs Ball, Mrs Batten, Mrs Karode & Mrs Beattie - who work across the morning and afternoon sessions.

All staff are employed by the school and have suitable qualifications and / or experience in play work/childcare.  Key staff members also hold First Aid and Food Hygiene certificates.
