Arbor booking system

Bookings for Toast and Crackers are made conveniently through your Arbor account. Payment can be processed by card or through childcare vouchers, providing flexible options for busy families.

● Parents and Carers to book required sessions using the app, paying at the time of booking. Only paid bookings will register your child for the club

● Sessions can be booked online up until 7.30am on the day for Toast and Crackers AM session

● Sessions to be booked online up until 2pm each day for Toast and Crackers PM session

● A credit balance can be held on your account including from childcare / HMRC vouchers

What’s Changing?

• Earlier Morning Opening for Hiltingbury Junior School – Now from 7.45am In response to feedback from our recent wraparound care survey, we’re pleased to share that from September, our before-school club will open earlier at 7.45am. This extended session will include a light breakfast of cereal, fruit and brioche (or similar), served until 8.15am, and will run through to the start of the school day at 8.40am. The cost will be £5.00 per session. We will be reviewing this extended provision towards the end of the Autumn Term, with the intention of making it a permanent part of our wraparound care offer if uptake remains strong.
• Hiltingbury Infant School – Will be continuing their successful earlier start of 7.45am and breakfast provision with the previously advised new price of £5 per session

 

• Updated After-school Pricing
  To support in covering rising staffing and food costs, we will be adjusting our after-school charges. While this is our first increase in some time, we remain committed to keeping the service affordable, flexible and value for money.

 

Cancellation of club sessions

The club provision remains as flexible as possible and the cancellation of sessions can still be made by contacting the school office via toastandcrackers@hiltingburyjuniorschool.co.uk or by calling 02380 261808:

● Cancellations can be made before 7.45am on the day of the booking for Toast and Crackers AM session and the charge will be credited back to your account

● Cancellations can be made before 12pm on the day of the booking for Toast and Crackers PM session and the charge will be credited back to your account (this cut off time helps us with staffing and food / activity preparation)

● We will still credit your account if your child is sent home unwell after 12pm however, we still ask you to cancel the session
