Youth In Romsey

  • Support centre offering help and support from 6 years old upwards. Youth in Romsey supports young people on any issue they may be facing including: counselling, employment, education, financial help, sexual health and mental health.
  • Series of qualified youth workers and counsellors available offering help and support.

  • Offers confidential support to any child or young person under the age of 35 struggling with thoughts of suicide


  • Online counselling (free) and emotional wellbeing support for children aged 11 and up.

  • Support for children in Hampshire (up to the age of 18) who have a significant person in their life who has died or is dying.

One Community

  • Any young person aged 8-18 who lives in the Eastleigh Borough, whose life is significantly affected by caring for a family member, like a parent or sibling, who has an illness, disability, mental health or substance misuse problem.   




Chill Panda

  • Ages 6 – 12
  • Helps children learn to relax, manage worries and improve wellbeing by measuring heart rate and following tasks to suit state of mind. It helps children and their parents and carers understand different emotions, and introduces skills to help regulate these including breathing techniques and calming games.

Smiling Mind

  • Ages 3+
  • Helps with anxiety and overall mental wellbeing. Using mindfulness and meditation to help young people and their parents and carers focus on areas such as stress, relationships, sleep, and concentration.

  • Headspace is a science-backed app in mindfulness and meditation. Learn to reduce stress, build resilience and sleep more peacefully through age specific mindfulness and meditation.

Think Ninja

  • Ages 10+
  • Educates young people about mental health, emotional wellbeing and provides skills young people can use to build resilience and stay well. It covers issues including stress, anxiety, low mood, or having unhelpful thoughts. The user is coached by the WiseNinja, powered by artificial intelligence and the skills of a clinical psychologist.

Clear Fear

  • Ages – designed for teens but useful for upper KS2
  • Focus on supporting for anxiety, panic attacks etc.
